The time of Victorian is a great period but also the worst. Poor people who lost their lands in countries had to take a ship to cities to find new jobs with uncertainty and hope. Their living conditions are bad that even don't have a decent meal, but they still work hard in mining, steel factories, and textile mills. With factories running, the canal building and urban sewage system construction became the new engine of the cities.
